Almonds 200 gms
Walnuts 200 gms
Pistachios 200 gms
Cashews 200 gms
Ghee 300 gms
Whole wheat flour 500 gms
Ajwain/carom seeds 1 tsp 
Dry coconut/ khopra 1/2 cup
Magaj/ melon seeds 100 gms
Raisins 200 gms
Dry ginger/ sunth powder 1 tsp 
Desi khand/ khandsari sugar 500 gms

*Atta Panjiri 
It is also consumed for back aches, immunity booster and post pregnancy as well.
